Aufgaben
PORR is expanding its data center activities and is seeking a Package Manager to manage a defined construction package on a large data center project. The package may cover CSA, fit-out, external works, electrical, mechanical, BMS, security, fire protection, or another project scope.
- Management of the assigned work package from mobilisation to handover
- Review of scope, drawings, specifications, programme, procurement status, and subcontractor deliverables
- Coordination of daily and weekly activities with the subcontractor and site team
- Tracking of progress, manpower, material status, and work front readiness
- Coordination of inspections with QA/QC and completion of records
- Verification of subcontractor compliance with EHS requirements, permits, RAMS, and site rules
- Management of RFIs, technical queries, design clarifications, and change items for the package
- Coordination of package interfaces with CSA, MEP, design, logistics, commissioning, and document control teams
Profil
- Degree or technical qualification in a relevant construction or engineering discipline
- Minimum 5 years' experience managing packages or subcontractors on large construction projects
- Experience in data center, mission-critical, industrial, or MEP-heavy projects preferred
- Good understanding of subcontractor management, short-term planning, EHS controls, QA/QC inspections, and documentation
- Ability to read drawings, manage technical queries, and understand package interfaces
- Good communication skills and ability to drive subcontractor performance while maintaining control of records
- Construction qualifications or package-specific technical certificates desirable
- Fluency in English; German or Polish language skills advantageous
